Model in CNC anodised aluminum, very good quality manufacturing and finishing quality. Nothing to modify  for the installation if you do not have a radiator protection grill on your motorcycle. These radiator side covers (sold by pair, right and left cover) will install directly on the OEM radiator's fastening spots.

Caution, delicate installation. If you have a radiator guard already installed on your motorcycle, you will have to adapt the installation.
