This protective pad is made of an anodized aluminum base (6-months warranty) and a Teflon protective pad, with very good quality manufacture and finishing. It will install directly over the OEM crank-case and not on the frame, contrary to some models that can be found online.

If your motorcycle is faired, it will not be necessary to drill your fairings to install this engine-cover slider.
